Due to high demand and the exclusivity of our premium hair NO REFUNDS will be given. However, exchange request are accepted within 10 days of the shipment received date.
Because of hygienic purposes , exchanges WILL NOT be accepted for any bundles that appear brushed, combed, washed, colored, cut or altered in any way. Hair MUST be in original packaging, UNOPENED and UNUSED! DO NOT remove original hair ties!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
